We lasted until the end of January on our potato experiment.
I was able to produce a nice round of seed potatoes, or perhaps a couple meals of roasted new potatoes from the runaway sprouting stores I placed in the ground Thanksgiving weekend.
I also found a missed ginger rhizome and a barter made by the squirrels. Seriously, they put a pecan and a walnut in the ground next to the plant and took two potatoes.
